Shipping or Delivery

We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to plan so we have made this Shipping or Delivery Policy for you!

Ship Time

Shipping time is the estimated time it will take for the item to leave our warehouse. For example, if an item says "Ships: Within 24 hours," the item will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of submitting your order. Although we try to ship every order as quickly as possible, more popular items may take longer to ship. 

Usually, we will confirm ship and delivery time, if we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability, in these rare cases, we will notify you by email of the new ship and delivery time in the first time.

Order Acknowledgement Email

The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the order number, date order, the items you purchase, shipping address shipping method.

Shipment Notification Email

We'll send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, the order number, date order, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on our homepage.
