We understand that sometimes things don't always go as planned, which is why we've created this shipping or delivery policy for you!
Order Confirmation Email
The order confirmation email provides a summary of all the items in your order. If your order is shipping, the order confirmation email will include the order number, order date, the items you purchased, the shipping address, and the shipping method.
Shipping Notification Email
We send a shipping notification email when the item is shipped from our warehouse. The shipping notification email includes the carrier name, order number, order date, tracking number, and delivery date. You can track your package by clicking the tracking number link on our homepage.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is the estimated time it will take for the item to leave our warehouse. For example, if a product says "Ships within 24 hours," it means it will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of submitting your order. While we strive to ship as quickly as possible, some popular items may take longer to ship.
We typically confirm shipping and delivery times. In the unlikely event that we're unable to fulfill an order due to insufficient product stock, we'll immediately notify you of the new shipping and delivery times via email.
Shipping (Online Purchases)
Your order will be shipped via SF Express.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantity. A flat rate of $5.00 per order is charged.
Estimated Delivery Date
Orders placed after the cut-off time (2:00 PM Hong Kong Time)
Handling Time: 0-1 day (delivery Monday to Friday)
Delivery Time: 3-5 days (delivery Monday to Saturday)
Customers in Hong Kong can expect to receive their order within 2-5 business days.
Delivery service hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Hong Kong Time, excluding public holidays.
